This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom townhouse consisted of a full gut renovation where the existing building was extended an extra floor and 10 feet to the rear to maximize the allowable floor area. Inside the house, the most prominent feature is the 18' tall green wall at the second floor being lit by a 12' x 18' skylight. The second floor has uninterrupted views between the living room in the front of the house to the kitchen at the rear. The kitchen is a contemporary design keeping the cooks best interest in mind while using sustainable materials and appliances. The main stairs are steel with glass infill panels to allow natural light to travel to all the floors and keep with the airiness of the home. Other amenities include a four story elevator, a screening room, radiant heated floors throughout, a skywalk, solar tubes, a deep one car garage, three outdoor spaces, resilient flooring in the basement, a central vacuuming system, high ceilings at all floors and sustainable finishes throughout.
